January 11, 2011 At the January meeting of the PCCW much was discussed. 1) October Church Dinner-after expenses the total from the dinner and quilt sale (a huge part of receipts) was $8,994.06. 2) Caroling of the Choirs in December- excess cookies were distributed to the shut-ins. 3) Circle activities-4 March 2011 the World Day of Prayer. 4) Spirituality-'Call to Holiness' will be on 5 March 2011 in Altoona, WI. 5) Fund Dispersal-A total of $5,600 was dispersed among the following: Project Milk, TV Masses, Casa Hogar Medical Mission, Mater Redemptoris Convent, Birthright, Bethel Foundation, Front Door Ministry, Mass intentions, Seminarians, Vacation Summer School, Philippine Elder Aid, Project Seed and student books. 6) Thank-you notes. 7) Esther Sullivan was the recipient of the door prize which was donated by The Hillcrest Greenhouse. 8) The next meeting will be in May at the Marian Banquet.
